Shipping Locations

We deliver across Qatar, including major cities and remote areas.
International shipping is not available at this time.

🟡 Note: For deliveries outside central Doha areas, an additional delivery fee applies depending on the selected delivery zone.

Al Wakra / Al Wukair / Ain Khaled / Al Aziziyah / Al Waab / Al Gharrafa / Madinat Khalifa / Al Rayyan / Umm Salal / Al Thumama / Nuaija / Duhail / Abu Nakhlah / Al Shahaniya: 30 QAR

Al Khor / Al Daayen / Mesaieed / Industrial Area: 40 QAR

For orders within selected central Doha areas, a delivery fee will be applied based on the selected delivery zone at checkout.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days within Doha and nearby areas

  • Remote Areas: 1–3 business days depending on location

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for orders placed before 12 PM (Qatar Time)

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by holidays, weather, or unexpected delays


Shipping Fees

Doha & Surrounding Areas:

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the selected delivery zone at checkout

Any changes in shipping rates will be communicated at checkout.


Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement

  • Customers will receive email/SMS confirmation with tracking details

  • Delays may occur due to high order volume or stock availability


Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Orders can be tracked via a provided link or by contacting customer service

  • Customers must inspect packages and report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery


Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a second attempt will be made

  • If still unsuccessful, the order may be canceled


Shipping Restrictions

  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh pet food) must be stored immediately upon delivery

  • Large or bulky items may take longer to deliver
