The main component of the food consists of ingredients such as Tenebrio larvae or water lentils. Tenebrio larvae provides 100% of the animal proteins and matches the natural diet of ornamental and biotope fish. Concerning the veggie part, sustainably grown water lentils provide the important and high quality ingredients such as protein and raw fiber. The water lentils are cultivated particularly ecologically. The water lentils are being utilized by 100%, and the water is being recycled.

The sustainable concept is maintained from production up to packaging, and has been thoroughly thought out. The food can consists of 35% sugar cane and underlines the sustainability of the product. The renewable raw material is 100% recyclable and actively contributes to CO₂ reduction.
