Versatile internal filter with UV-C system for aquariums up to 400 l

The internal filter IF 400 + UV is a new type of internal filter that can be used extremely flexibly with surface extraction and/or side inlet for freshwater and saltwater aquariums. It has an integrated and adjustable FP 750 filter pump and a UV-C unit that reduces germs, parasites and algae.

The 6 filter baskets housed in the filter enable easy storage, quick changing of filter media and can be removed upwards using pull-out retaining plates. The water, which is biologically cleaned and UV-C irradiated at the same time, is returned to the aquarium via a flexible distributor. The flat outflow nozzles ensure improved circulation in the aquarium.

Depending on requirements, the IF 400 + UV can also be used with 4, 2 or even without baskets. In the latter case, water runs into the filter over the entire side and filter media, such as filter floss, can comb out fine particles via the enlarged intake.

Due to the wide range of adjustment options, the IF 400 + UV is extremely flexible and also interesting for professional quarantine use, in which on the one hand one often changes filter media and on the other hand does not want to do without germ and parasite reduction. The filter can be fixed in the aquarium in a very space-saving manner and allows particularly easy access. Depending on the stocking of the aquarium and the filling with filter media, the IF 400 + UV has a capacity for aquaria of up to 400 liters.
