The collar is proven to prevent fleas and is safe for cats due to its design, which includes special notches that allow the collar to stretch or break in case of a strong pull.

Method of Use:

1. Remove the collar from its sealed packaging.
2. Adjust to fit the circumference of your cat’s neck.
